The additional RAPID control unit is a new concept of electronic module that optimises and increases up to 25% the torque and power of the modern turbo diesel engines, in compliance with the stricter regulations on pollution.

It works by correcting the signals coming from the engine control unit towards the injection system, regulating it safely and autonomously.

Installing a Rapid module is a simple and rapid operation. Simply connect the wiring supplied with the kit to the vehicle's power-points (injectors, injection pump connector, etc.) by bypassing the original wiring of the engine.

To aid the interfaces between the module and the vehicle, some original connectors and parts are used.

During the installation the operator can modify the Rapid calibrations to the customer's needs. it is also possible to switch from original power to modified power with the switch fitted in the driver's compartment.
